[OPEN Collab] Chibi Naruto OC collab (with Base)

OOps when I rearranged the layers I messed up something It's fixed now.

Haven't drawn Yuka in a long while ;;; I still struggle with Chibi's but I wanted a cute Collab thing. Also known I wanna draw with people ;; 

While I'm using my Main Torogakure OC you are free to use any :'D
I wasn't very creative with the base but it should be okay. I put the eyes on a separate layer if you wanna change it. Plus the shadow under the Base it removable for people that would rather do their own thing. 

Tell me if you do it (because I wanna see). I keep weird hours so it might be a while before I respond ;;
